In July 2022, developers brought six new projects to the primary housing market in “old” Moscow, the analytical center “Real Estate Market Indicators Irn.ru” calculated. Of the eight projects in which implementation or booking has begun, four are located in the Central Administrative District, the rest are in the northeast and north of the capital. Of the “old” complexes, three are being built in the southeast, two in the northwest, and three in ZAO, VAO and YUAO.
