5 place – the project “Renome”
In “Renome” each apartment has to 11.8 square metres of green areas. While the yards in this area just two, and they are separated from each other: landscaped yard-garden for adults and a children’s yard games. In the center of the first zone rises a hill, through which the area becomes more private. Throughout install benches and gazebos. A children’s educational facility Kid’s Lab, combining Playground outdoor and indoor location. The home is located in the Tver district near the metro station “Mendeleev”.
