For the reconstruction of this old cottage in the state of new York, Andrew Flesher took more out of curiosity than due to an acute need for housing. The fact that the house was built back in 1710 and the designer was incredibly exciting to work with such a historic object. When Andrew bought it, the house almost collapsed, but thanks to the skillful work and with a relatively small budget, the new owner managed to breathe new life into it and infuse classic charm.
