Someone needs an apartment to occasionally spend the night in the city. Someone buys “for themselves” in a fashionable area, and in a couple of years, when it becomes too popular, will return to the invariably quiet abode near Ostozhenka.

And if to Teatralnaya Square only half an hour walk, then in a light wheelchair it was even faster.
There is only one new deluxe proposal in the vicinity of the historic houses – “Theater House”. Rather, this is not a house, but a full-fledged quarter.
