Near the popular beaches of Moscow, developers are selling housing in 38 new buildings. These projects offer 5.5 thousand apartments and apartments, which does not exceed 8% of the supply in the primary market of the capital. On the shore of the reservoir stretches a wide sandy beach surrounded by trees. There are shady canopies and changing cabins, a volleyball court, fitness equipment, kiosks and cafes are open. There is a lifeguard service and a first-aid post. Also on the shore is the Sportstation Sokolniki wake club, where you can rent equipment. Entrance to the beach is free.
Developers are building eight projects not far from it. These are comfort class complexes Sokolnichesky Val, 1, Park Place Sokolniki and Big Seven, business class blocks Senator, Silver Fountain and Sokolniki Residence, as well as premium class projects Preobrazhenskaya Square and Hill8. Average price per sq. meters starts from 248.9 thousand rubles in the project “Sokolnichesky Val, 1” and reaches 551.3 thousand rubles in the “Silver Fountain”. The average cost of flats and apartments ranges from 5.9 million rubles in Park Place Sokolniki to 59.2 million rubles in the Silver Fountain.

Dynamo Beach
Dynamo Beach is located near the Vodny Stadion metro station near the Khimki Reservoir. This is a beach with fine white sand, sunshades, cabanas, showers, wooden decks and benches. Lifeguards and a medical worker are on duty. Kiosks are open, cafes are within walking distance. Nearby there is a surf station, a yacht club and a Beach Sports Centre. Entrance to the beach is free.
Five complexes are being built nearby: three comfort classes, including Kronstadtsky 9, Kronstadtsky 14 and Talisman on Vodny, as well as business class blocks Nevsky and Leningradka 58. The cheapest place to buy housing is in Nevsky Prospekt – an average of 261.9 thousand rubles per sq. m. meter and 12.1 million for an apartment. The beach is located on the territory of the Mikhalkovo park-estate near the Bolshoi Golovinsky Pond, the largest in the system of ponds – its area is 7.5 hectares. There is a sandy beach here, but it is not among the official ones, and there is little infrastructure. Only benches with awnings and tables. You can also rent a boat at the boat station. Within walking distance are playgrounds, barbecue areas and viewing platforms.
Four new buildings are being sold near the beach: the Mikhalkovsky comfort class complex and the business class projects Smolnaya 2, Monodom Lake and Uno Golovinsky Prudy. The most affordable at an average price per sq. meters – “Mikhalkovsky”, where the “square” costs 309.5 thousand rubles. The cheapest apartments are offered in “Smolnaya, 2” for an average of 10.7 million rubles. Maximum at the average price per sq. meter marked in “Uno Golovinsky Prudy” – 356.3 thousand rubles, and the highest average price of the lot was in Monodom Lake. Dream Beach Club
This summer, the Dream Beach Club opened in the Dream Islands landscape park on the Nagatinsky Peninsula. This is the largest beach club in Russia. The complex on the shore of the Kozhukhovsky backwater includes five heated outdoor pools, a wave pool, a children's pool, a dry pool and VIP pools. There are tents, sunbeds and umbrellas.
