Near the popular beaches of Moscow, developers are selling housing in 38 new buildings. These projects offer 5.5 thousand apartments and apartments, which does not exceed 8% of the supply in the primary market of the capital. Developers are building eight projects not far from it. Dynamo Beach

Dynamo Beach is located near the Vodny Stadion metro station near the Khimki Reservoir. This is a beach with fine white sand, sunshades, cabanas, showers, wooden decks and benches. Lifeguards and a medical worker are on duty. Kiosks are open, cafes are within walking distance. Nearby there is a surf station, a yacht club and a Beach Sports Centre. Entrance to the beach is free.

Five complexes are being built nearby: three comfort classes, including Kronstadtsky 9, Kronstadtsky 14 and Talisman on Vodny, as well as business class blocks Nevsky and Leningradka 58. There is a sandy beach here, but it is not among the official ones, and there is little infrastructure. Only benches with awnings and tables. You can also rent a boat at the boat station. Within walking distance are playgrounds, barbecue areas and viewing platforms.

Four new buildings are being sold near the beach: the Mikhalkovsky comfort class complex and the business class projects Smolnaya 2, Monodom Lake and Uno Golovinsky Prudy. The most affordable at an average price per sq. meters – “Mikhalkovsky”, where the “square” costs 309.5 thousand rubles.
