Prices in new buildings in the capital have grown, but even with this amount you can buy quality housing with a mortgage
Since last year, all the media and blogs have been circulating the idea: apartment prices have increased, savings – who had them – burned out, buy nothing is allowed, everything is lost. Yes, prices have risen, but it's not so tragic. And even with only 1.5-2 million rubles in hand, you can buy a business-class apartment in Moscow. Of course, with a mortgage.
But what is business-class housing and why is the buyer's pride so amused by the thought of owning it?
