Yes, prices have risen, but it's not so tragic. And even with only 1.5-2 million rubles in hand, you can buy a business-class apartment in Moscow. Of course, with a mortgage.

But what is business-class housing and why is the buyer's pride so amused by the thought of owning it? Prices for residential lots in Metropolia start at 8.1 million rubles. This means that an initial payment for such an apartment will be required in the amount of 1.2-1.6 million rubles.
