The area of this Bungalow in California just 50 square meters, but the terraces and rest areas under the open sky around the house is probably two times more. Each room (and two — living room-kitchen and bedroom) with a separate exit to the street, as well as its own set of cozy outdoor furniture. Agree, nice morning waking up to go to the terrace and drink a Cup of coffee in the fresh air, especially since the weather in this part of the USA lets you do it all year round! In addition, on site there is also “living under the open sky” — a place where the hosts welcome guests and spend most of their time at home. A great place to live!
