Let's start with the SET residential complex, which, like the next four projects, is implemented in a business class. This is one of the complexes of MR Group, which it builds on the site of the Moscow Radio Engineering Plant. The company was in the Mozhaisk district in the west of Moscow. SET consists of three urban blocks, where residential sections are built on a common stylobate. The first urban-block has an area of 117 thousand square meters. m. Let's move on to the residential complex “Mypriority Mnevniki”, built by the Granel Group in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki in the north-west of the city. A project with a total area of 145 thousand square meters. m consists of three buildings with a height of 9 to 39 floors and several low -story blocks on the stylobate. The author of the architectural appearance is the Apex bureau. The buildings are designed for 1899 apartments with an area of 28-121 square meters. m.
