Leman Lock is a new boutique hotel with 168 rooms in the district of Aldgate in London. The concept of this modern hotel lies a simple idea — the designers together with the clients wanted to create a stylish and comfortable space for young people, including professionals who come to London travel. Hence, so brave, to some extent, avant-garde design — minimalism in shades of pink. Interestingly, the designers have designed nearly all the furniture in the hotel: beds, sofas, cabinets, tables — all things were created according to individual sketches. The authors of the project wanted to create a versatile space that could be guest house, albeit for a short period. Maybe that’s why they chose this cheerful shade of pink.
